According to persistence of vision man can see 24 frames per second so that he know it is moving, so sounds made in second should be synchronized by 1/24 so that lips and vocal transmission should not over lap that means it seems real time voice takings. Now a days good mechanism did it so splendid way that we forgot about synchronizations, but in movie in order to reduce noise and other ambient sound lying there you should use frame per frame adjustments also.

Take small shots
First you think about a theme to tell the world such as story telling. Then put it down on script sheet as the visualization needed for the story. Then start shooting small shots so that the story becomes evident gradually,so people get interested to watch the full session. Take some relevant themes as well as some sound tracks also so that the scenes become realistic. After all the necessary clips edit them so that the seamless play viewed on any video player.
